STATE of H1: Lock Acquisition
INCOMING OPERATOR: Jim
SHIFT SUMMARY:  Locked on and off all shift.  No major issues other than PI modes ringing up.  At one point, I had 2 modes ring up simultaneously and could not effectively damp either one.  Microseism is trending down below 0.3 um/s.  Wind is calm.

2:16 EX HEPI and ISI WD tripped, possibly due to 5.0 EQ in OK that rang up very quickly
