SHIFT SUMMARY:
Commissioning most of the evening. Jeff was doing calibration. Kiwamu was here for a while. Sheila did something less invasive (I think). Stefan found a sweet combo of POP9 and REFL45 to PRC which improved the BNS range and stabilize it. We also rode through a 5.9M earthquake in Chile and a 4.9M earthquake in Alaska.
