State of H1: aligned and locking, has made it to NLN but lost lock, ALS Y arm fiber polarization shot up to 28%, now adjusted back down

H1 Observations:

• ITMY rang up on lock loss
• Y arm ALS fiber polarization reached 28%, I adjusted both arms, Y = 2%, X = 5%
• lockloss tool failed to open a plot, no info on why it lost lock in NLN
