TITLE: 11/09 Eve Shift: 00:00-08:00 UTC (16:00-00:00 PST), all times posted in UTC
STATE of H1: Commissioning
INCOMING OPERATOR: Jim
SHIFT SUMMARY: Commissioning most of the evening. We corected some more PI settings as some more modes have rung up and accepted the SDF. Haven't been having PI problem since.
