SHIFT SUMMARY:

 

Sheila, Kiwamu Nutsinee were wrapping up evening commissioning activities as I arrived, after a couple tries we got to NLN. Stayed locked until a couple of minutes ago. Apparently the OAF machine went down before 15:00 UTC, which eventually tripped TCS. Restarting OAF necessarily broke the lock. Richard and JimB are addressing the OAF machine
