Filled CP3 from control room today! Took 26 min. Set LLCV to 50% open (from 20%) and monitored the two thermocouple readings on MEDM. 

Since it took so long I increased nominal to 21%. 

CP3 Dewar is scheduled for fill on Tuesday.
