Weekly ~TUES ETM charge measurements taken
Due to PCAL and OPLEV work at End Y this morning, I was only able to take the SUS ETMX charge measurements. Attached are plots of both ETMX and ETMY since they are kind of like salt and pepper shakers and are always together, however only the ETMX has added points.
We have not made any sign changes in the last 20 days, yet there is a small turn over in the ETMX long trend apparent in the data points from today. Not sure why this is...

Shiela's bias change in full lock (written in Guardian) started on ~Nov 4th (alog 31172) which is the likely cause of the charge turn over this week. This automated bias change takes the nominal +1.000 gain and switches it to -1.000 (see attached trends of the last 20 days).
