H1 ISI CPS Noise Spectra Check - Weekly

Travis' measurements are from July and October. I retook the measurements from a time from during one of his locks during the night and the CPS all look fine.
For the operators doing this task, ETMY ST2V2, the pink trace on the top of Travis' 3rd plot, is a bit elevated. That is the kind of issue that we are looking for with this task. Note that on my plot of the same chamber (also my third plot), all of the spectra are back down clustered around the black noise spec.
