STATE of H1: Commissioning
INCOMING OPERATOR: Nutsinee
SHIFT SUMMARY:
Did not get to ANY of my ToDoList!  Because H1 has been locked the whole shift (going on 14hrs).  So I passed these items on to Nutsinee.  Nutsinee did notice big Violin Modes.  I talked to the LLO Operator to check their status (Robert still doing PEM injections), so Nutsinee will try to damp the violins (because if they get rung up more it will make locking difficult.).  LLO will contact us when they go to OBSERVING.
