State of H1: locking DRMI but cannot engage DRMI ASC

Activities:

• locked early on, work by commissioners
• odd lock loss - see Sheila's alog
• relocked - lockloss due to commissioning
• locked DRMI multiple times, and multiple times could not survive DRMI ASC

Notes from Sheila:

• alignment was good in the 4 hour lock, and did relock, but earlier she mentioned that alignment might need help to relock, since she manually moved optics in the lock
• would like a2l run after 1-1.5 hours in lock
• in alog 31628 she asked for a measurement on lock loss, but when she left we both thought H1 would relock and go back to NLN easliy, so I believe she was wanting this measurement with the alignment we had in the last NLN lock
• any trouble with PR3_REFL_WFS breaking lock, skip it by going to Manual in Noise Tunings and go straight to NLN

Notes from Terra:

• zero PI modes in DC Readout, then damp later if they ring up
