• I damped ETMY violin modes 1 and 7
• 4:59UTC - H1 in Observe

Note from Sheila:

• new state PR3_POP_WFS, not in graph, but reachable in Manual, and gives us a way to revert to POP WFS from REFL WFS

Gains:

• PI mode26 gain = 3000
• PI mode27 gain = 5000
• PI mode28 gain = -3000
• all other PI mode gains at zero
• ETMY violin mode1 gain = -10
• ETMY violin mode7 gain = -60
• all other ETMY violin mode gains unchanged
