State of H1: locked in NLN, PR3 on POP WFS, in Observe

Commissioners: Kiwamu, Darkhan

Activities:

• a couple lock losses at the beginning of the shift
• Kiwamu adjusted some code
• H1 went to NLN, though I stoped at Noise Tunings and went to Manual and set H1 for NLN, leaving PR3 on POP WFS
• I worked on damping Violin modes on ETMY and ETMX, and all of their violin modes are at or below 2
• I didn't work on ITMY, and it's violin modes 1 and 6 are both above 2
• Bounce and Roll have come down slowly during the lock on their own
• Range has been very steady at 73Mpc and above
