We had another incident of the kind of scattering that was investigated in 30790 and comments, and in 31267

We see peaks in DARM that are probably upconversion of the 6.1Hz tip tilt resonaonces. 

Over the weekend I had turned off the cut off of DC1Y, which actuates on both RMs.  I rengaged this and the loops still seem stable, but it didn't have a repeateable impact on the noise.
