Just so people have something to cite, this last lock stretch ending on Nov 21 2016 ~22:11 UTC was caused by the 6.9 [mag] earthquake in Japan. Calibration group was just finishing up post-front-end-update measurements, and PEM team was just about to start their work. Looks like we're out for a few hours though, neither of them were the cause of the lockloss.
