Showed Ed Merilh how to fill CP3 from control room so he can do this on Friday for vacuum group (thanks, Ed!). Someone in vacuum should let Ed do this on Wed. while observing for practice on Friday. He is writing a wiki link for instructions.

Took about 30 sec. to overfill CP3 at 50% open on LLCV.
