STATE of H1: Earthquake

SHIFT SUMMARY:

Earth was still ringing at beginning of shift, but eventually made headway with locking.  Transitioned to PEM injections for 2nd half of shift (until a lockloss).  It has been 30+min and H1 has shown no issues with ASC (i.e. recycling gain worry Sheila mentioned)...this current lock I did not pause at NOISE_TUNINGS just to see if we could make it without having to wait for any cooling.

LOG:

• Investigations at Noise Tunings (we had dropped out of lock earlier and Sheila was helping us to stabilize H1).
• Seismic signals 
• 4:03 PEM Injections starting.  Note:  Keeping Observaotry Mode in COMMISSIONING state (Robert followed by Anamaria)
• 5:41 GRB Acknowledged.  H1 was in Injection Mode, so IGNORING Alarm per L1500117.  (Called LLO & Jeremy said L1 was in OBSERVING.)
• ~6:00 See EQ signals rising (guessing 5.4 New Zealand aftershock).  
• Terramon hasn't shown latest EQs
• 6:55 LOCKLOSS (PEM Injection work concludes for evening.  Turned back ON the ETMy PCal Line)
• 7:28 NOMINAL LOW NOISE (Wanted to zip right through to NLN & see how REFL WFS faired
• 742 OBSERVING (After running A2L)
• Spent time doing standard damping out of PI MODE27&28.
• 7:51-7:53 Went to turn off LVEA lights for the night.
