We have been locked for roughly 3+ Hours.  Most of this time has been in the COMMISSIONING state for an injection test at the beginning of the lock, and then PEM Injection work at EY since then (BRS EY is OFF!).

The Range for H1 has been noticeably lower today vs. last night (hovering at 60Mpc tonight vs. 75 Mpc last night).  

The useism has been climbing over the last 8-10hrs.
