QUICK SUMMARY:

Looks like I'm recovering from an EQ (nothing tripped that I can see). ISI config is currently set t LARGE_EQ_NOBRSX. EQ BLRM show back down to .2/.3um and slow winds so I'll try the WINDY_NO_BRSX_V2 state that im created yesterday taking into consideration that uSei is riding high in the saddle above 90%ile but below 1um/s. IMC is having trouble re-locking. Going to trend WIT sensors and try clearing wfs history. That seemed to work well for me yesterday.
