WP 6354 SUSPROCPI model change

removed 28*2048Hz channels from DAQ frame.

WP 6353 ECR E1600351 Add GDS channels to DAQ broadcaster

Jess, Dave:

Added 41 channels to the DAQ frame broadcaster.

Additional data size is 2*16kHz and 39*256Hz. channels.

DAQ restart

Dave:

Did one DAQ restart to install the above changes.
