CP3 overfill

Took 26 seconds to overfill CP3 from control room. Increased LLCV to 50% from 17%. Put it back to 17%.
I lowered LLCV to 16% open. I think 17% was slightly too much flow based on exhaust pressure and TC temp dips periodically (and colder temps outside). I drove out to CP3 to inspect. Less than half the horizontal exhaust pipe is frosted. Nothing unusual.
