WP6366 Increase memory in Guardian machine

Dave, TJ, Carlos:

at 08:47PDT h1guardian0 was powered back up after having its RAM size increased from 12GB to 48GB. TJ reports all nodes are operational.

I spoke a bit too soon, the IFO node froze up after the reboot. On first inspection it looked ok, but later I noticed that it wasn't reporting which nodes it was waiting for. The last  log before it froze up was "2016-12-01_16:51:04.396720Z IFO W: initialized" and it had negative SPM diffs.

A quick node restart fixed it.
