Since Livingston was down, we took the opportunity to tweak the alignment into the reference cavity since its
transmission had fallen from ~3.9V to ~2.1V.  The alignment was tweaked (see RCAlignment.png).  However the
noise eater decided to start oscillating.  Toggling the switch restored the reference cavity transmission to
a higher value (NoiseEater.png).

     Christina also wiped/mopped the Ante-room and the Laser Room.

    We confirmed that all the computers were powered down.
