The SRM M2 UL OSEM has ~1000 counts on it which means that the magnet is very far in the OSEM head blocking almost all of the light (nominal is ~15000 counts).  I trended way back to find that this OSEM has been like this since the initial pointing of the IFO by commissioners just after install and pump down AUG 2014.  So, this OSEM isn't "dying" it is just very poorly centered and needs attention at the next vent.  Although this symptom has been around for a very long time, it has apparently not been a specific issue to the IFO and therefore has not been logged explicitly.  Still, I want to set it as a WHENVENT FRS.
