Lockloss at 1:58 UTC.  No obvious cause.  Was coincident with me rebooting the OPS workstation.  OPS workstation 2nd monitor shut off, first monitor was showing symptom of needing to be rebooted (slow, jumpy mouse movements, etc.),  verified that the cable was still plugged in, and hardbooted.  Seems to have come back fine with both monitors, but seemed I have never seen this issue before so might need some further investigation.
