Some of the SDF uses safe.snap instead of OBSERVE.snap (attached) during observation, which doesn't make sense. I don't remember which FEC should be safe and which should be OBSERVE.

For the sake of consistency, if the settings don't change for a specific FEC, just copy safe.snap to OBSERVE.snap and use that all the time.
