GWIstat & L1 Summary Page Issues
  1. Noticing that the GWIstat page appears to be froze for H1 & L1 (they have a time of ">0:32").  
  2. L1 Summary Page has froze ISC_LOCK plots on the top of the page.

There appears to be a problem with Condor on the Caltech cluster this morning, and that killed GWIstat.  I'll watch for the problem to be fixed and restart GWIstat then.
