IFO has been locked in Observing for the past 3.5 hours. Suppressed PI Mode-28 and dropped out of Observing from 19:06 to 19:18 to run the A2L script while LLO was out of lock.
   Conditions are OK. The wind is up to a Moderate to Fresh Breeze (13 - 24 mph), It is cold (windchill around 9F)and clear. Microseism up at the end stations but still below 0.9, CS is fine.
