STATE of H1: Observing at 67.5322Mpc

INCOMING OPERATOR: Travis

SHIFT SUMMARY: Locked early into the shift. Had to adjust IM4 and BS to zero the error signals before engaging DRMI ASC (doing so also zeroed SRC error signal - so I guess it's good to touch these mirrors in order). The shift has been quiet since. Couple of gamma ray burst alarms. The first one (01:31:59) we were just at NLN but the intent bit wasn't set (it was set right after). We were Observing for the second one (03:04:33). Several TCSY flow alarms from 03:11 to 03:46. Went out to check the TCS chiller and the flow rate there was fine. Useism slowly picking up, BNS range is slowly dropping. I checked the coherence plot earlier and it looked okay so I didn't run a2l. I just checked recently and coherence is high in YAW so Travis is going to run it after LLO is down.
