SHIFT SUMMARY:
A bit of a slog.  H1 was locked for a few hours at the beginning of the shift and then taken down (while L1 was down) to swap the ETMy L2 Coil Driver.  This was thought to be the suspect of our glitchy H1.  But we might be finding out that swapping this out might not be trivial.

• 17:25 Ken driving to woodshop to adjust water heater (20min)
• ETMy L2 PUM Coil Driver swapped out
• 18:45-19:40 ETMy L2 Coil Driver Swapped out (Fil, Robert)
• 19:42-20:19 Initial alignment
  • Tweaked PR3 a bit to maximize the Comm beatnote
  • SRC was a bit ugly.  Tried DOWN a few times & re-requestsUsed SR2 tweak trick from here.
• 20:19-??:  Locking (much help from Kissel and Jenne)
  • Have had a tough time in the early stages of locking (namely ALS)
  • Also have had low values for ALS X-arm.
  • Once we made it through this the alignment didn't look great and the PRM had to be adjusted to get flashes (of course after the BS was adjusted during CHECK MICH FRINGES).
  • Then we made it to the COIL DRIVERS state and this is where we had a signal (PRC Gain) ring up and lose lock.  It's not surprising because Kissel said this is where we first use coils and we have a new situation for ETMy.  
  • Handing over H1 to Nutsinee.  Saw her starting a new alignment.
