QUICK SUMMARY:

Locking seems to be nothing less than arduous, currently. Nutsinee not having much luck locking. My arrival on site was delayed due to the roads being iced up due to the persistent rain. If driving tonight use EXTREME CAUTION!!! My trip in from W Richland starting at Bombing Range and Kennedy through Twin Bridges Rd to the site was FROZEN. I've advised againt the outgoing operator to attempt driving. Hopefully conditions will improve as the temps increase towards the morning hours as forecasted.
