Around 9 am I was told that the laser had tripped.  This is the first trip in some time.  Attached is a
screen dump of what the Beckhoff status screen indicated.  Since it indicates a head 1-4 flow problem,
most likely the flow rate in head 3 dipped below the minimum flow rate.

   The laser came back without much ado.
