SHIFT SUMMARY:
 

• shift started with H1 out of lock due to an earthquake
• IMs were not at nominal, adjusted toward the values in our first great lock after holidays
• relocked H1
• 19:06 - H1 in Observe
• range degraded and was very glitchy
• 20:03UTC - crew in CR noticed, and went out of commissioning to attempt to improve
• 20:09UTC - lock loss
• discussions about what to do - I set IMs to nominal
• Initial Alignment
• 21:48UTC - H1 in Observe
• noise was still bad
• 22:19UTC - H1 in Commissioning
• ETMX violin damping changes, better but no wild success on mode 4 - accepted diffs in SDF to go to Observe (image of SDF attched)
• 23:14UTC - GRB, H1 was in NLN, not Observe, but at the time of the GRB the only thing we were changing was ETMX violin damping
• 23:16UTC - H1 back in Observe
• currently in stand-down until 00:14UTC
