Attached is the plot of the reference cavity transmission and reflection for the past 6 days.
The transmission was relatively flat until about ~9:30 am PT when it increases to ~3.5.  I
presume that the transmission increase is due to the oscillator pump diode increase.  However
since then the transmission has steadily decreased.

    The reference cavity transmission has decreased from the time the laser was brought back
to the writing of this alog entry.
