WP 6430

Chandra reported issues with Y2-8 ion pump, see alog entry. Gerardo verified controller had not tripped off. Following error messages were displayed on the controller:

1. Controller found with "Error 02"
2. After restarting controller, "Error 10", excessive arcing condition has been detected

With HV cable disconnected at power supply, HV output was enabled without no issues. Disconnected HV cable at both ends, and tested with the HiPOT tester. Test failed at ~500V. Marc tested the cable with the fieldfox N9912A, and will post some data.
