Investigation of failed power supply in network switch at EY. Checked power cords for the network switches at EX, EY, found that the AC main supply at EY had been unplugged from the receptacle in the rack. The cord was still attached to the switch, it was just dangling loose in the rack. We are investigating the system logs to try to get a better idea of when this happened.

Please don't disconnect equipment in the VEA's unless you have permission and know what you are doing!
