Looking at the movement of beam spot on ITMs, we decided that the ITMY camera spot size wasn't particularly useful since the camera was very over-exposed.  The exposure was at 10,000 and we have now changed it to 200.  Now the camera looks reasonable at 30W. 

The calculated waist size for both ITMs is ~80counts +-10ish, although the ITMY had been reporting 180counts with the over exposure.
