I have updated the code to address the unsigned to signed conversion for the inside temperature, outside temperature, wind direction and barometer (see alog 32653 and FRS 6963).

I had to move the IOCs from h0epics2 to h0epics. h0epics2 is running Ubuntu 10.04.4 and h0epics is running Ubuntu 12.04.5. The version of the glibc library installed with Ubuntu 10.04.4 is not compatible with the version EPICS base was compiled with.
