17:08 Robert heading out to do vetting injections regarding mains monitor spikes. We will remain in Observing unless he should call and inform me that he has to do something invasive. He is beginning with EY

I spoke to Radar at Livingston and he told me that high microseism and wind has them down for at least the day. Weather there is deteriorating. Outlook for L1 locking unknown at this time.
