microseism is silly high

H1 was locked for nearly 3 hours when an unknown caused it to drop

Robert did some non-invasive injections at end stations. Then entered the LVEA to do some.

I had to do an initial alignment but had some trouble. Sheila found a gain issue with the Input Align stage.
