Ops Owl Shift Summary
TITLE: 01/23 Owl Shift: 08:00-16:00 UTC (00:00-08:00 PST), all times posted in UTC
STATE of H1: Observing at 67Mpc
INCOMING OPERATOR: Jim
SHIFT SUMMARY: Fairly quiet night. No major issues relocking.
LOG:

11:07 UTC Damped PI mode 27 by changing sign of gain
11:12 UTC Lock loss
11:14 UTC Set observatory mode to corrective maintenace to look at BRSY. Logged into h1brsey as controls and double clicked the 'BRS C#' shortcut on the desktop. The program started and BRSY is no longer reporting a fault.
11:20 UTC Set observatory mode back to lock acquisition.
12:21 UTC NLN
12:23 UTC Observing
12:43 UTC PI mode 27 started ringing up. Changing the sign of gain made it ring up faster. Setting the sign of the gain back made it ring back down. It is now elavated but holding steady. Looking at DTT it appears the peak is currently at around 18038 Hz. The selected BP filter module matches this but the PLL set frequency does not (is at 240.2). Since changing it would take us out of observing and we are currently in dual coincedence I will leave it as is.
13:07 UTC PI mode 27 is back down in the noise floor.
13:08 UTC Just realized I forgot to set the observatory mode to observing and did so. Is there any way this could be done automatically when we hit the intent bit?
13:54 UTC Damped PI mode 28 by changing sign of gain
13:56 UTC Restarted video0
15:00 UTC Granted remote access to Sebastien to work on seismon code
