https://lhocds.ligo-wa.caltech.edu will now display the Shibboleth Discovery Service page when it prompts you to log in.  If you are familiar with accessing FRS, DCC, or other LIGO services, this is the "which organization are you from?" window that prompts you to pick between LIGO, KAGRA, backup IdPs, etc. This replaces a different system that has been superseded recently (the hidden bit that automatically points you to a LIGO IdP).
