HV supply at EX found tripped

Fil called and reported that one of the supplies was tripped upon his arrival.

Found one of the HV ESD power supplies alarming and screen blacked out. Tried power cycling the unit, but would instantly trip. Removed adapter card from back of power supply and re-seated. Unit was powered on, and set to "Recall 1" settings. Enabled ouput, screen showed 430V.
