TITLE: 01/30 Eve Shift: 00:00-08:00 UTC (16:00-00:00 PST), all times posted in UTC
STATE of H1: Observing at 69Mpc
INCOMING OPERATOR: Cheryl
SHIFT SUMMARY: One lockloss that I couldn't find the cause of. I did not need to run initial alignment. NDS1 crashed but I called Dave and recued it.
