Summary of which models use which type of Binary I/O part

When making today's ISI model changes, Hugh noticed that an LLO ISI model was using the new style BIO part whereas LHO is using the old style. For documentation purposes and with the aim of standardizing post-O2, here is a list of  H1 models and the type of BIO parts they use.
