added -30deg phase for ITMX roll mode
- While working on PI modes, I had added -30deg phase for ITMX roll mode, and the damping has improved.
- plot attached is a dtt showing ITMX previous locks (black) and current lock (green)
- I went ahead and accepted the -30deg filter change in SDF so I could put H1 in Observe
