- 20:15 on USGS(& L1 dropped within min or so)
- 20:19 Terromon report is a RED 1.5um/s at ~20:25 here for LHO
- 20:25 Diag_Main gives EQ message
- 20:28 H1 Tidal signals grow for 1-3mins
- 20:30 0.03-0.1Hz peak at 0.45um/s
- Magnitude: 5.6
- Location: Martinique
- Starting time of event: Observed on USGS at 20:15utc
- Lock status? H1 rode through it & L1 broke lock
