SHIFT SUMMARY: Beginning of shift was plagued by winds, the end by earthquakes.

LOG:

Travis had a lockloss due to very local high winds at end Y. Winds were strong enough to drive the VEA temps down a couple degrees. They were also high enough that the Y arm wouldn't stably lock, BRSY being down didn't help, but winds were in the 40-50mph range. I also had problems with OMC locking, DIAG_MAIN would complain about PZT2 High Voltage being off.
