On tuesday evening I added a boost to the OMC length loop, to prevent 1083 Hz glitches due to more motion of the interferomter with BRSY being off (33989). 

This has been on since then, and seems fine.  This morning Jeff B had trouble relocking the OMC because this boost was on, so I moved the boost into the OMC-LSC_SERVO filter bank and added engaging it to the guardian.
