A rough few hours of relocking this morning. After Sheila fixing an OMC/Guarding problem, damping many PI modes, and running the A2L script the IFO is locked at NOMINAL_LOW_NOISE with 30.3 W of power and 65.0 Mpc or range. The wind is rising up to a Fresh Breeze (up to 24 mph); seismic activity is coming up as well. 
  A large tour of 6th graders is expected shortly in the control room.
