Three vacuum gauges mysteriously turned off at EX
And now three cold cathode gauges turned off at EX: PT523, PT524, PT510. I enabled the pirani interlocks and two came back instantly. Dave B. is going out to investigate. Robert is working at EX.

Fire dept was out there too testing fire alarms. Should not affect vacuum rack but maybe a build up of static electricity??
